Actor Hrithik Roshan asked his followers this question on Twitter today:
The answer is Superman, released in 1978. Hrithik was four years old at the time and he watched a VHS version of the film, starring Christopher Reeve as the superhero. Turns out, it wasn't a random question that Hrithik was asking, as the hashtag he attached to this tweet shows:
It's been nine years since the 41-year-old actor played the superhero Krrish, in a movie of the same name that released on June 23, 2006. The black leather-clad Krrish was the son of Rohit Mehra (also played by Hrithik) who found his disabilities replaced by superpowers by Jadoo, a displaced alien he befriended in Koi Mil Gaya, the first film in a hugely successful trilogy. Krrish co-starred Priyanka Chopra as Hrithik Roshan's love interest. Both Krrish and 2013's Krrish 3 made blockbuster earnings.
