Hospitality business kept Eesha Koppikhar away from Bollywood

Mumbai: Actress Eesha Koppikhar, last seen in 2011 film Shabri is giving most of her time and concentration to her new hospitality company.

"I was busy launching my hospitality company in the last two years. My knowledge of the hospitality industry is zero, I only know how to work in front of the camera. I needed to know about all this and that's why I was travelling all over the world from January to May this year," Eesha said here.

"I did a lot of courses and I have established a hospitality company with a friend. Food holds a lot of importance for me and so I always wanted to have my own restaurants and then hotels," added the 35-year-old, who is married to hotelier Timmy Narang.

However, her concentration on her new venture hasn't taken away her love for cinema. Currently, she has three films in her kitty.

"During the time I was in Mumbai, I read a lot of scripts and I have signed three (films). One film has gone on the floors and I have completed one schedule (of it) and the second schedule starts end of September," Eesha said.

"It's based on lawlessness and I play an encounter specialist. Then there are the other two films, which start in November and December, and I can't say anything about them right now," she added.

Eesha is known for her hit item song Khallas from Ram Gopal Varma's 2002 film Company, and was also seen alongside Shah Rukh Khan in Don: The Chase Begins.
