Ranbir Kapoor regards Imtiaz Ali, who has directed his upcoming movie Tamasha, a true friend. Ranbir and Imtiaz have worked together for 2011 movie Rockstar and have always had good things to say about each other.
When asked about a quality of Imtiaz which he admires, Ranbir said: "I think he is a true friend. I would call him that. He is the right person to be called a friend. He has all the qualities of a good friend."
The two, along with Deepika Padukone, were speaking to the reporters at an event to promote Tamasha in New Delhi, which will release on November 27.
Ranbir has impressed the audience with his many onscreen romantic personas in movies like Saawariya, Bachna Ae Haseeno, Rockstar and Barfi!.
When asked how romantic he is in real life, before Ranbir could reply Imtiaz quipped, "Immensely. He is very romantic."
