Actor Hugh Grant is reportedlyregretting his decision to turn down the role of George VI inThe King's Speech after actor Colin Firth has garneredpraise for his portrayal of the same.
Critics are so happy with Firth's performance thatmany claim he may win an Oscar for it.
Grant, 50, who played the rival of Firth, also 50, inthe Bridget Jones films, now regrets turning down the movie,reported The Telegraph.
"Hugh is kicking himself. He realises that the king'sstruggle to overcome his speech impediment would have been awonderful part, particularly as viewers would have recalledHugh's stuttering in Four Weddings and a Funeral," said asource.
