Last week, thunder from down under Hugh Jackman swapped his shiny Wolverine claws for something blue and made in India.
Hugh, who made a cameo appearance on British TV series The Kumars at No 42, posted a picture of himself on Instagram wearing a blue turban. He captioned it, "A little taste of the cameo I did w/ my mate @TVSanjeev tonight at 10pm on SKY on #Kumars!"
If you think his blue turban brings to mind the one favoured by Dr Manmohan Singh, you're not the only one. Pop star Alisha Chinai tweeted: Hughwinder Jackman Singh............... Changa lagda .......... Cool Headgear."
As the brand ambassador of Indian mobile phone manufacturer Micromax, Hugh already has a desi connect. The turban will probably go some way in winning him more fans in the sub-continent.
