Actor Hugh Jackman will hostthe 68th annual Tony Awards, marking his fourth time as emceeof Broadway's biggest ceremony.
The 45 year-old Tony-winning actor will front 2014 TonyAwards, which is slated to take place on June 8, at Radio CityMusic Hall in New York City, reported Variety.The actor announced the news via a video uploaded on hisInstagram account.
In the video Jackman said, "I couldn't wait anotherminute. I wanted you to be the first to know. This year, I amgoing to be hosting the Tony Awards. See you there!," he said.Jackman also took to Twitter to post,"Couldn't waitanother minute. The Tony Awards. 4th Time."
The X Men star previously hosted the Tonys for threeconsecutive years from 2003-05, winning an Emmy for leadingthe 2004 ceremony and receiving an Emmy nomination for his2005 effort.
