Mumbai: Salman Khan, who underwent a complicated nerve surgery last month, says he is not 100 per cent better and the pain has increased after he started shooting for Ek Tha Tiger in Dublin.

The actor has to get surgery once again in three-four months.

Salman left for the US on August 29 for the surgery, which was successful.

"The surgery was good. After the surgery, there was only 30-40 per cent pain. But as I started shooting in Dublin for my film... the pain increased due to cold weather... it is now 50-60 per cent," Salman told reporters.

"I will have to undergo another surgery after three-four months," Salman said.
