She is the woman behind thepopular dance numbers Munni and Sheila but Farah Khansays she wants to retire from choreography.
Farah has already made a name for herself as adirector with movies like Main Hoon Naa, Om Shanti Om andTees Maar Khan.
Besides being a mother to three children, she has alsoturned producer for husband Shirish Kunder's upcoming filmJoker, which has left her with little time to focus onchoreography.
"I have been trying to take a break from choreographyfor a long time. I would have retired long ago but you makeexceptions for friends and you are unable to break away fromit," Farah told PTI.
The director, who is currently busy finding talenteddancers to match steps with Hrithik Roshan on the reality show 'Just Dance', is yet to break away from her firstprofession.
She is also choreographing the moves for Joker, herhome production.
"Once in a while it is nice to go and choreograph asong but I am a director and producer now. I don't want to doit actively now," she adds.
Tees Maar Khan, her last directorial venturestarring Akshay Kumar did not exactly create magic at the boxoffice but the raunchy number Sheila ki Jawani, featuringKatrina Kaif, became an instant crowd favourite afterMunni Badnam from Dabangg, which was also done by Farah.
Joker once again stars Akshay Kumar and SonakshiSinha and being the choreographer, Farah is sure to come upwith some fresh moves.
"I am the producer of the film. I am choreographing itand being the good wife to Shirish," says Farah, who willdirect her new movie next year.
"I will start my film next year. With children, weboth can't work together. But I have finished the screenplay.I am yet to write dialogues. I need the complete bound scriptbefore I decide the cast," she says.
Meanwhile, she is busy with her TV assignments. She isalready searching for talent for Just Dance withVaibhavi Merchant and has also signed up to judgeEntertainment Ke Liye Kuchh Bhi Karega with AnuMalik.
Currently taking auditions, Farah says she is"overwhelmed" by the raw talent in the country."It has been overwhelming. We have been auditioning50-60 people a day. I am amazed by the talent but they allcome with challenging stories and at times it becomesdifficult to say no," says Farah, adding that her stint as areality TV show judge has not made things easy.
Farah is happy that Just Dance does not have apublic voting system.
"There is no public voting, which is kind of a reliefbecause we will make sure that only the deserving candidategets the chance not the most popular one," Farah adds.
