Daniel Craig's exit from thesea in Casino Royale wearing just a tight-fitting swimmingtrunks remains one of the most memorable scenes from his runas James Bond. But the actor says it's not a physique he keepsup in his day-to-day life.
The 44-year-old however says it is no big deal to get inBond shape for the role, reported Access Hollywood.
"It's just a ball, quite frankly. I mean, I've just gotto do it. I spoke to a doctor while I was doing the film whosaid, 'You're playing a football match kind of every day, andnot getting any rest.
"Normally, football players would come Saturday or Sundayand take three days off at least. So I was sort of constantlysort of bashed up. So keeping in shape - it was just so Imoved - at all," he said.
In Skyfall Craig has one scene where he's wearing justa towel, and he says producers let him know ahead of time,so he could prepare.
"I kind of have to work towards that. Luckily, we kind ofplan those out beforehand, so I can kind of work to make sureI'm kind of in as good of shape as I can be for those scenes,"he added.
Skyfall hits theaters on October 26.
