Actress Jennifer Aniston says yoga is an important part of her life and she finds herself in bad mood if she didn't get the time to practice it.
"I do yoga, yoga is very important. I love it. If I'm not doing it, then my spirit sort of goes. I try to do some form of exercise, even if it's just for 20 minute a day, so that I get my body sweating and blood pumping," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Aniston as saying.
The 42-year-old also admits that she is not always strict with her eating habits.
"I indulge when I want to indulge but I guess it's all in moderation and consistency," she said.
