Actress Dia Mirza said the dayshe lost her father, she realised the importance of family andparents.
"When I lost my father that was the day I realised theimportance of family and parents. I realised how important itis to express our love and care to our parents," Dia said.
It was during her International beauty pageant, Diamissed the presence of her parents despite the love andattention showered on her there.
"I have never let down my mother and would never do so infuture," Dia said.
Actress Prachi Desai owes her success to her mother."Mother means the world to me. I think whatever I am today itis all due to her. I started working at a very young age, 17years...i could have been on the wrong path...but it was mymother who stood by my side...she has always been helpful,"Prachi said.
Prachi says she misses her mother a lot, whenever shegoes on vacation with her friends or sister.
Prachi is very excited about her two forthcomingprojects Rohit Shetty's Bol Bachchan alongside AbhishekBachchan and Ajay Devgn.
Her next film is I, Me Aur Myself opposite JohnAbraham. Both the films are slated to release in July.
