Pop sensation Madonna has expressedher desire to be part of the boy scouts and wants the rules tobe changed to let her in.
The 54-year-old singer arrived in a Boy Scout uniform at24th annual Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD)to celebrate gay rights, reported New York Daily News.
"I wanted to be a Boy Scout, but they wouldn't let mejoin. I can build a fire. I know how to pitch a tent. I have avery good sense of direction. I can rescue kittens fromtrees."
"Listen, I wanna do for the community. But mostimportantly, I know how to scout for boys."
"I think that I should be allowed to be a Boy Scout and Ithink they should change their stupid rules," she added.Madonna also presented an award to CNN journalistAnderson Cooper.
