  • "I just came to donate Rs 10 lakh for cyclone Thane Relief Fund. This is my first meeting with her after I recovered. The CM had promised all help and it’s a courtesy call, " he said.
  • The Thalaivar, as Rajinikanth is popularly known among his fans, is all set to start work on his next film Kochadaiyaan. His earlier project Rana, will now reportedly be revived after Kochadaiyaan. It was during the shoot of Rana that Rajinikanth first fell ill, in April last year.
  • Kochadaiyaan will be Rajinikanth's first 3D film which is being directed by daughter Soundarya. Katrina Kaif has reportedly landed the role opposite Rajinikanth in the film. Recently, Soundarya Ashwin confirmed that actor Sarathkumar had been signed on as well.
