London: Grammy-winning singer Adele has clarified her official blog about her "five-year hiatus plan", insisting she would indeed take a break but it won't be that long.
The 'Rolling in the Deep' hitmaker had said in the blog she wanted to take a five-year break from her career to focus on her relationship, but has now clarified her actual meaning, Ace Showbiz reported.
"I've a few days off now, and then it's the Brit Awards here at home and then I'm straight into the studio. Break for 5 years? More like 5 days!," she said.
In addition to clearing up the hiatus plan, Adele, 23, said she was overwhelmed after winning six Golden Gramophones at the Grammys.
"I'm absolutely flabbergasted! In between laughing my head off, welling up, needing to sit down and trying to maintain an open fire."
