New Delhi:

Ajay Devgn and Kajol, both known for their signature humour, started trending courtesy an ROFL Twitter exchange that they had on Monday. It all started when Ajay tweeted, "Logon ka case lene mein, meri biwi se better koi nahi hai, yes or no (There is no one better than my wife in taking people's case, yes or no?)" Kajol's reply was this, "Lawyer hu na, case toh lena hi padega" FYI, Kajol plays a lawyer in her upcoming series The Trial - Pyaar, Kaanoon, Dhokha, which is a Hindi adaptation of the American courtroom drama The Good Wife.

Watch Noyonika Sen Gupta face the toughest trial of her life - Hotstar Spacials The Trial - Pyaar, Kaanoon, Dhokha, streaming from 14th July only on Disney+Hotstar."

Last week, Kajol was on the top of trends list after she wrote in her Instagram and Twitter posts that she is taking a break from social media, writing, "Facing one of the toughest trials of my life." Kajol also archived (and later unarchived) her Instagram posts. It was later revealed that the move was a promotional strategy for her upcoming web-series.

Kajol and Ajay Devgn met on the sets of Hulchul and later got married in the year 1999. They welcomed son Yug in 2010 and are also parents to a daughter named Nysa, who they welcomed in 2003. They have worked together in several films such as Gundaraj, Ishq, Dil Kya Kare, Raju Chacha, Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha. The couple were last seen together in the 2020 period drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, also starring Saif Ali Khan.
