After starring together in RowdyRathore, Sonakshi Sinha is set to be seen opposite AkshayKumar again in Joker.
The actress says she is lucky that the Bollywoodsuperstar is working with a newcomer like her.
The 25-year-old actress is all set to make a hattrickwith Akshay with the shooting of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai2 all set to kick-start this month.
"I consider myself lucky that a superstar like Akshay hasshown good interest in working with a newcomer like me. Heshowed confidence in me when I was just one film old(Dabangg). He was convinced that I was the right choice forJoker and Rowdy Rathore.
"When someone as seasoned as him is confident about youracting capabilities, you do get all the more motivated. For meas an actress, it is an amazing prospect to work with Akshay.
After all, not many newcomers get that opportunity and here Iam doing three films with him," Sonakshi told PTI.
Besides multiple projects with Akshay Kumar in her kitty,Sonakshi has also bagged a film each with Ajay Devgn, SalmanKhan and Ranveer Singh.
Shirish Kunder's Joker is a new experience for hercourtesy the film's sci-fi and alien setting.
"It is really cool to be a part of such a fantasticalsetting. I like reading sci-fi books and watching filmsbelonging to this genre. So when Joker came my way, it wasautomatically exciting.
"There were different kind of sets that were created andfor me, it is a very nice and different experience whencompared to the other films that I have done or am doing. Thefilm's very uniqueness is its USP," said Sonakshi.
She is starring with Ajay Devgn in Son of Sardaar, thepromo of which is playing all over and meeting with goodresponse from the audience.
"Making the film was hard work but then also a veryenjoyable experience. There was a certain feel-good elementwhile filming it. Now with the audience too experiencing thesame, compliments have been coming in quite incessantly."
