Paris Jackson, daughter of latepop icon Michael Jackson, says she does not want to be justknown for having an ultra-famous father.
The 14-year-old, who has landed her first movie role, saidthat she wants to be taken on her terms, reported Peoplemagazine.
"I love my dad, and I'm proud to be his daughter. I justdon't think the title 'MJ's daughter' fits me," Paris said.

"A lot of people think that my dad's the only reason I'mmaking it, but I want to show that I do have talent and that Ican make it if I try. I want to be my own person," she added.
The teenager also said there is one person, who has beenespecially supportive- her aunt La Toya.
"A lot of people don't want me to be an actress but AuntLa Toya believes in me. She heard me play a little guitar andsing," she said.
