Style savvy Imran Khan is most wanted by various lifestyle magazines and designers who want him as showstopper. He also has his own brand of jeans called The Imran Khan Collection. So when he talks fashion, people listen. But will Ranbir Kapoor take kindly to this statement from his friend and rival?
Imran says, "A lot of other actors of my age are perhaps a little more street oriented in their style, and slightly more grunge. My tastes are a little more classical. I like to be a little more dressed up, slightly more formal, more old fashioned."
Grunge sounds like the Rockstar, though Ranbir's real life style would be more accurately described as sporty.
So is there anything in the Kapoor wardrobe that's caught Imran's fancy? A black leather jacket that Ranbir wore in the Imtiaz Ali film is on Imran's wish list. "I don't have a good leather jacket" he says.
And, in return for the jacket, Imran would give Ranbir a pair of shoes . "Every guy needs a couple of pairs good formal leather shoes" says the dashing Imran.
We're not sure if Ranbir would be very pleased with the shoes, though. He seems very comfortable in his own at the moment.
