New Delhi:
Actors Ajay Devgn and Tabu find themselves at opposite ends of what seems to be an unbridgeable divide in the first trailer of their upcoming film Dirshyam.
The first look was released on the film's official Twitter handle and, as expected, #DrishyamTrailer began trending on the social networking site:
The three-minute clip features Ajay Devgn as Vijay Salgaonkar, believed to be a cable operator and movie buff, who finds himself and his family unwittingly dragged into a murder mystery. He is pitted against Tabu, who plays a cop investigating the murder of her own son. Actress Shriya Saran plays Ajay Devgn's wife.
Directed by Nishikant Kamat, Drishyam, a remake of the 2013 Malayalam thriller of the same name, is scheduled to hit screens on July 31 this year.
