Salman, as the eponymous Sultan, is all bulging muscles and twirling moustache in the minute-and-a-half glimpse - there's no space or time for his co-star Anushka Sharma.
The teaser follows a poster of the film, released on Monday:
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Yash Raj Films, Sultan is Salman's Eid offering for this year. Salman and Anushka, meanwhile, have been training hard to play their roles in the film.
