Aishwarya, Abhishek and Aaradhya in Mumbai

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan hosted a birthday party for their daughter Aaradhya, who turned six on Thursday (November 16). The bash was also attended by superstar Amitabh Bachchan, Aaradhya's grandfather. Aaradhya looked cute as a button in a pink princess frock and matching headband. Aishwarya looked stunning in a short blue dress. She was accompanied by her mother Vrinda Rai. Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek were casually dressed. Aaradhya's birthday party was hosted at Mumbai's JW Marriot. Aishwarya and Abhishek have been married since 2007 and Aaradhya was born in 2011. She is the couple's only child. In the morning, Big B shared a picture from Aaradhya's birthday eve and wrote, "When she will remind us how much she has grown .. Aaradhya on her 6th .. !!" In the picture, Aaradhya is seen holding a poster of her younger self. The 75-year-old superstar also thanked people for sending their best wishes for Aaradhya.
The doting grandfather also mentioned about Aaradhya in his blog and wrote, "The eve of the birth of the little one .. the blessing of her in our home and in our presence .. and to be in celebration for her 6th .. Her presence makes the happiness in our home and in the environ she presents herself in .. as ever .. bright and sprightly and one of maturity beyond .."
Later in the afternoon, Abhishek shared a picture of his little princess and wished her on the special day.
Aishwarya and Aaradhya share the same birthday month. Aishwarya turned 44 on November 2.
