The sixth season of the Indian Premier League or IPL started with a bang for Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan who's team, Kolkata Knight Riders, romped to a six-wicket win over Delhi Daredevils at home ground Eden Gardens. Kolkata Knight Riders or KKR are the defending champions this year, having beaten Mahendra Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings by five wickets in IPL 5.

Cheering KKR with Shah Rukh were his son Aryan, daughter Suhana and good friend and co-star Deepika Padukone. All three Khans wore KKR jerseys in support of their team. Deepika wore a white top and jeans, and posed happily with SRK as he waved the KKR flag after the match.

SRK and Deepika first co-starred in Om Shanti Om, Deepika's debut film, and are currently shooting their second movie together, Chennai Express.
Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone also performed at the opening ceremony of the IPL on April 2, with actress Katrina Kaif and American rapper Pitbull.
