New Delhi: Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan, who is just back from Budapest after shooting for his Hollywood film Inferno, is all set to host a screening of Asif Kapadia's British documentary Amy on July 9 in Mumbai.
Irrfan shares a great bond with the Amy director and thus decided to act host for the film's premiere in India.
"I am glad to host the screening for my dear friend Asif and really looking forward to the film," the 48-year-old actor said in a statement.
Irrfan's close friends from the Bollywood fraternity and family are invited to the premiere. Mr Kapadia's friends and family will also be present on the occasion.
The premiere will be hosted this late because the director was busy with other international premieres.
