The party will be held on June 20.
Talking about it, the 27-year-old Student Of The Year actor said: "On June 20 night, we have planned a very big thing with MTV. I am throwing a bachelor party. So I will be there and I will dance with everyone."
He spoke at the Radio Mirchi studio where he was present here with his Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania co-star Alia Bhatt to promote the film.
"Please, everyone is invited. So on Saturday night, there is going to be a lot of dance and masti (fun)," he added.
Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, produced by Karan Johar, has been directed by Shashank Khaitan. It hits theatres on July 11.
