Music maestro A R Rahman says he hada beautiful experience working on his maiden project with latefilmmaker Yash Chopra, whose film Jab Tak Hai Jaan willrelease this Diwali.
"The experience of working with Yash Chopra is verybeautiful. He was a very kind and an interesting person,"Rahman told reporters after arriving here to perform for thefirst time in Madhya Pradesh on the occasion of the state's64th Foundation day tomorrow.

The music director also said he was happy getting twoOscars and five nominations for the prestigious AcademyAwards. However, he is not concerned with the awards as such.
Rahman said he was overwhelmed by the kind of responseand feedback he had received from his fans and the people ofMadhya Pradesh.
When asked about Sufi touch in his music, he said that itis not there in all the films but only where it was required.He also said he is very much inspired by the folk musicof the country.
Earlier, Madhya Pradesh Culture and Public RelationsMinister Laxmikant Sharma said the state was honoured toinvite Rahman for the Foundation Day function tomorrow to whomit had earlier bestowed the State Government's prestigiousNational Lata Mangeshkar award.
The State Foundation Day is being celebrated in Bhopal aswell as district headquarters with the government earmarkingRs 5 crore budget for the purpose, the minister added.
