King of Pop Michael Jackson will behonoured with an imprint of his shoes and famous sequinnedglove outside Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.
The 50-year-old died in 2009 from acute Propofolintoxication, after years of struggling with addiction toprescription drugs.
Jackson' shoes and trademark sequined glove will be usedto make handprint and footprint impressions on the concrete,reported Contactmusic.
Making the prints outside the theatre is a long standingHollywood tradition and the pop icon's prints will standalongside those of George Clooney, Marilyn Monroe, Gene Kelly,Clint Eastwood and Brad Pitt.
The event will be held on January 26.
