Mumbai:
Jacqueline Fernandez admits that she has two left feet. The actress has had no formal training in any form of dance. Being a B-Town star means a fair shake of getting jiggy for the songs. And that's something that still gives her the heebie-jeebies.
When she was making her debut in Sujoy Ghosh's Aladin, she had acting coach Vinod Tharani train her in the hows and whys of acting on the sets but dance is something she did not learn. In her films like Jaane Kahaan Se Aaayi Hai, Murder 2, Housefull 2 after rehearsals, the Sri Lankan could manage to make the right moves.
In her upcoming project Race 2, Jacqueline has a fair share of boogying to do. As it is an Abbas-Mustan thriller, there were some lavish dance sequences featuring the entire star cast. She wondered how she would match steps with the rest.
A source maintains, "Jacqueline may have had apprehensions but she picked up the steps really quick. She managed to do some of the toughest sequences in just one take. In fact she was surprised herself that she could move to the beat well."
In fact choreographer Ahmed Khan too was impressed with Jacqueline. Adds the source, "He was aware that dancing did not come easily to her but was taken aback by her moves while shooting for the songs. They were in perfect sychronisation with the rest of the stars."
