Actor Jean-Claude Van Damme, whowas last seen in a 2008 action flick JCVD is all set to starin yet another action movie Six Bullets.
The 50-year-old will team up with director ErnieBarbarash for the film, which tells the tale of a formermercenary kidnapping expert who is hired by a top martial artschamp to find his missing daughter, reported Contactmusic.
The movie will be produced by Brad Krevoy who workedwith Van Damme and Barbarash on the upcoming AssassinationGames and the Motion Picture Corporation of America(MPCA),which Krevoy helped co-found.
The film marks Motion Picture Corporation of America's first foray into internationaldeal making.
"For us, this is a changing of our business model thatopens us up to the international market. Right now, there's anopportunity in the marketplace to produce a series ofhigh-quality action films," Krevoy said.
It will start shooting in Western Europe and NorthAmerica in August.
