Actress Jessica Alba is set to release a book about creating a toxic-free home.
The 30-year-old's book titled The Honest Life will include recipes, design ideas and other tips to help eliminatetoxins from the house, reported Daily Star.
"It will be easy and fun and I want it to be really colourful. I'm a crazy foodie. I love doing projects with mykids. Everything in this book will be something meaningful that I've incorporated into our lives.
"I wanted some kind of handbook with all the information I was consuming so I could apply it in a practical way," Alba said.
The actress, who recently launched her first business, The Honest Company, said the book will be eye-opening withoutbeing over-the-top.
"It's totally crazy but amazing. I'm not extreme. This book is for people who are in the middle but want to create ahealthier life, like me," he said.
