Jessica Simpson's ex-husband wishes her best

Singer Nick Lachey hasn't been in touch with ex-wife Jessica Simpson, who recently gave birth to a boy, but hopes all is well with her.
Asked if he had spoken to his ex-wife since the birth of her second child, son Ace Knute Johnson, on June 30, Lachey said: "Nope, no".
"We're not in touch. I certainly wish her the best and I would like to think the same on her end, but we don't speak. We haven't spoken in years," eonline.com quoted Lachey as saying.
Lachey and Simpson got divorced in 2006.
She is now engaged to Eric Johnson, with whom she has two children, including the new born.
