London: John Travolta is reportedly being sued by a second male masseur for alleged sexual harassment.
The Pulp Fiction actor has been accused of sexual harassment by an anonymous masseur - a claim John vehemently denies and has described as "baseless" - and another alleged victim, who is said to be represented by the same lawyer as the first accuser, is seeking the same amount of money, $2 million in damages.
According to RadarOnline, the second accuser claims to have "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions".
But the 58-year-old star's representative fully denies the initial sexual battery lawsuit and has described the masseur's allegations as "complete fiction and fabrication" as well as claiming he can prove Travolta was not present in Los Angeles on January 16, the date of the alleged incident.
The spokesperson said in a statement: "This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie. It is for that reason that the plaintiff hasn't been identified with a name, even though it is required to do so. On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California, and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff's attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out, and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution."
John's lawyer Marty Singer also revealed he will take legal action - not only against the claimant, but also the claimant's lawyer - for malicious prosecution.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: "There is a heightened standard for a lawyer suing a celebrity and knowing the media will pick it up. The lawyer can't just rely on the client. He needs to do an investigation and has an obligation to do due diligence."
