- However, after proof emerged that John, 58, was in New York on the same date, a source close to the masseur say he made a "miscalculation" but the other details remain the same.
- The source added to RadarOnline.com: "The lawsuit will likely be amended, but this doesn't change the facts of the lawsuit.
- "John Doe #1 gave very specific information, and staff from the Beverly Hills Hotel will absolutely be included as witnesses in the case."
- While John's attorney Marty Singer quickly moved to deny John was in LA at the time of the assault, insiders believe it is telling that he hasn't yet offered proof against the claims of the star's second accuser, known as John Doe #2, who is also suing for $2 million.
- A source said: "Let's not forget John Doe accuser #2. It's very interesting that Travolta's team hasn't gone after him.
- "This case will absolutely proceed through depositions and to a trial. The lawsuit can't and won't be thrown out because the date was wrong by the first John Doe, which will ultimately be up to a jury to decide. Both accusers are ready to go public, and aren't afraid of John Travolta, and they will see this through to the end."
- Both men are being represented by attorney Okorie Okorocha, who claims over 100 other men will also come forward.
- A third man also came forward with sexual allegations against John.
- Chilean-born Fabian Zanzi alleging the actor "hugged" him, asked for a massage and offered him $12,000 for sex while Fabian was working on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship in 2009.
- Fabian - who was in charge of taking care of VIP guests on the boat - says he refused John's offer.
