Happy birthday, Imran Khan. The actor –  who became the nation's heartthrob with his debut film, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na – turns a year older today. And making the day even more special is one of Bollywood's most favourite divas, Juhi Chawla. The two actors share a special bond. A bond – the actress revealed in an adorable post – that dates back to when Imran Khan was all of six years old. In her post, Juhi Chawla said that a baby Imran proposed to her, much to the actress' amusement. Sharing a collage of pictures that also features a throwback picture of a tiny and adorable Imran Khan, Juhi Chawla wrote, “Imran proposed to me when he was six years old. Heere ki pehchaan tab se hai usmein (He knew a gem even at that age),” with laughing emojis.

Wishing the actor, Juhi Chawla added, “Happy Happy Birthday to my youngest suitor ever. A 100 trees for you, Imran,” along with a slew of happy emojis.

Interestingly, Imran Khan played a role in Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak as a child artist, a film which was headlined by his uncle, Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla.

This is not the first time Juhi Chawla has celebrated a colleague or friend by planting trees on their birthday. Recently, on Hrithik Roshan's birthday, Juhi Chawla dedicated 1,000 trees for the superstar. Sharing a video of her interacting with Hrithik Roshan at an event Juhi Chawla wrote, “A 1000 trees for you Hrithik! You are a superlative actor. I am always amazed when I watch you on screen. Acting, dancing, good looks, sincerity you have it all. God Bless You! And thank you and Guddu ji for your generosity on my birthday.”

The actress also pledged to plant 100 trees on the occasion of choreographer-director Farah Khan's birthday. Sharing throwback pictures on the occasion, Juhi Chawla wrote, “From back then to now to forever, always wishing the best for you. Happy birthday, Farah. A 100 trees for you.”

Meanwhile, birthday boy Imran Khan was last seen in the 2015 film Katti Batti. He then made his debut as a director with Mission Mars: Keep Walking India. He is known for his work in films such as Delhi Belly, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, among others.
