India was her character'sspiritual destination in the movie Eat, Pray, Love butHollywood superstar Julia Roberts made the most of her shootby gorging on local delicacies.
The film's India shoot concentrated on the spiritual pathbut Roberts says she had her "eat" adventures in India too.
The 42-year-old star shot parts of the movie, based onthe memoirs of Elizabeth Gilbert in an ashram and PataudiPalace in Gurgaon in September last year.
"It's amazing how much Indian food you can eat in fiveweeks. I'm pretty picky and I really like Indian food. Justevery once in a while, you run into something that is soamazingly spicy that you're just sweating all through dinner,"Roberts told People magazine.
The actress, who recently revealed that she is apracticing Hindu, also wore a saree for a scene in the movie.
The film, also starring James Franco and Oscar-winnerJavier Bradem, releases in India next week.
