The beautiful photos come at a time when Deepika Padukone is basking in all the love and adulation coming her way for her role in the film Gehraiyaan. Deepika' sensitive portrayal of her character Alisha has fetched her rave reviews. The film skipped the theatres and had a direct OTT release on the streaming platform Amazon Prime Video. Upon the film's release, the actress shared a video of her head bobbing with director Shakun Batra and co-stars Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa in a fun video. In the caption, she wrote, “Vibin into your living rooms like.”

Deepika Padukone's promotional looks for the film were also the talk of the town. It was not surprising that most of the looks had Deepika Padukone's doting husband, actor Ranveer Singh's stamp of appreciation. A case in point is a brown bodysuit and low-waist denim pants that Deepika wore a few days ago. The actress shared a series of pictures in the outfit with the caption, “Nothing much, just some great genes…Sorry jeans.” Sure enough, Ranveer Singh arrived in the comments section and simply said, “Last pic.” The one he is referring to is a photo of the actress' lower back with her hand turned to rest gently on the back of her jeans.
