Justin Bieber has admitted that he has had a tough time recently and is upset about the idea of disappointing his fans.

Justin Bieber - who is currently being investigated for alleged battery against his neighbour in Calabasas, California and attracted controversy during his European tour earlier this month after threatening a photographer, collapsing on stage and being two hours late in London - admits he has had a tough time recently and is upset about the idea of disappointing his fans.
The 19-year-old star told US Weekly magazine: "The biggest misconception about me is that I'm a bad person. I get upset about that. I have a big heart. I want to be a good role model, but some people want me to fail."
But the Canadian born singer still intends to enjoy himself and thinks it is okay to make mistakes.
He said: "I'm young and I make mistakes. That's part of growing up. I mess up sometimes. It's part of growing up. I know who I am and I'm not gonna let negativity towards me bring me down. I'm a positive person and I plan on staying that way. This business can break you down, but I have a strong team around me, and my family and all the fans. The love overcomes the negativity. I'm not perfect but I'm growing and trying to be better everyday. That's part of life. I'm young and I want to have fun. I don't think there is anything wrong with that."
Meanwhile, Justin has been accused of allegedly spitting in his 47-year-old neighbour's face and threatening to kill him on Tuesday (March 26, 2013) after he confronted him for speeding up and down their street in his Ferrari.
Sources told gossip website TMZ.com that after the man reprimanded Justin, the singer allegedly shouted at him: "Get the f**k out of here," spit in his face and then said: "I'm gonna f**king kill you."
The man has filed a battery report but Justin's security team insist he had no physical contact with him and did not threaten him.
Police are still investigating.
