London:
Singer Justin Bieber admits he sometimes wishes to lead a normal life rather than be a pop superstar.
In his upcoming autobiography First Step 2 Forever, the Baby hitmaker revealed: "Now that I'm here, I sometimes wish I could just go back home and chill. But if I was at home and I wasn't doing this, I'd wish that I was in this position."
Bieber's parents Pattie and Jeremy separated before his first birthday and although he always wanted to have a regular upbringing when he was younger, the 16-year-old singer now appreciates his childhood, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
He said: "When I was little I longed for a 'normal' life with a 'normal' family. Mom worked her b**t off at whatever job she could get to keep a roof over our heads.
"There no luxuries but it never occurred to me that we were poor. We had each other, which was everything," he added.
