Singer Justin Bieber is reportedly being sued for emotional distress by a former neighbour whose house was egged by the Baby hitmaker and his friends.
Justin Bieber previously pleaded "no contest" to vandalism and was told to pay $80,000 in damages, reported tmz.com.
But now his former neighbour Jeff Schwartz has reportedly filed a new lawsuit claiming emotional distress.
Jeff Schwartz, the plaintiff, says the incident happened on the Memorial Day weekend of 2013 when Justin was speeding in his Ferrari around their Calabasas neighbourhood.
Jeff and his friend approached the Never say never crooner to warn him because he could put his life in danger, but the singer's bodyguards came out and one of them called him "little Jew boy," and reportedly said, "What are you going to do about it, Jew boy?"
Jeff also claims Justin hurled obscenities at his wife and minor daughter.
