"Jay-Z has put out 11 albums, and I was talking aboutdoing a collaboration with him, and he said, 'I can't do itright now, but I'll get you on the next album.' I was like,'No, man, I don't work like that.

"This sounded good to me for you and me to dotogether, and if it doesn't work, then I totally get it, but Iwon't be putting an album out next year; these aren't a dime adozen to me," said Timberlake.

The N-Sync frontman, who is yet to release afollow-up of his hit FutureSex/LoveSounds, has also appearedin films like Social Network.

Timberlake, who is clueless about his return to thestudio, admitted that he has no new songs written to record anew album at the moment.
