Pop star and actor Justin Timberlake's fashion company has been named the Brand of theYear by the American Apparel & Footwear Association (Aafa).
The 30-year-old singer, who announced his split from Jessica Biel this week, stepped into the fashion world in 2006 by launching his own clothing company, William Rast, with his friend Trace Ayala.
It has now emerged that the firm will be named Brand of the Year ,at next month's 33rd Annual American Image Awards,organised by Aafa.
"We are thrilled to honour such a dynamic, exciting brand as William Rast. They along with our other honorees, represent the best in leadership and innovation within theindustry," the Aafa said in a statement.
