Kajol was last seen in the film We Are Family

Actress Kajol, who played lead rolesin some of the biggest Bollywood blockbusters in 1990s andearly 2000s, may not be seen in too many films now a days butshe is happy that her personal life has taken precedence overprofessional matters.
The versatile screen performer, who has two kids, says sheis a strict mother and her husband, Bollywood star Ajay Devgn,does not like when she scolds her children.
"I am the stricter one between two of us. Ajay doesn'tlike when I scold our children in his presence. I have to bestrict because I'm more of an 'at home' parent. When Ajay isaround it is playtime. Our children are used to me in hisabsence," Kajol told PTI in an interview.
Post-marriage, the 38-year-old actress cut down on herwork though she continued to feature with big stars andcollect accolades for her performance.
Her major releases after marriage were Fanaa, U Me AurHum (2008), My Name is Khan (2010), We Are Family (2010).
But Kajol has done special appearances in several filmslike Kal Ho Na Ho, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, Om Shanti Om,Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Student of the Year.
"Once I got married and had babies, I had to take timeout for my children. Hence I took a break. My personal lifetook over my professional life and I was very happy about it,"she said.
Apart from her film commitments, Kajol has been in demandfor brand endorsements as well. She has been appointedbrand ambassador of Kimberly-Clark Lever and will be seen in anew TV commercial of the US-based consumer goods firm'sproduct for babies.
Asked what are the things she looks for before associatingherself with a brand, she says, "I only endorse products andbrands that I trust and can relate to personally. As forHuggies, it is a trusted brand from Kimberly Clark and theyare the diaper experts as far as I'm concerned."
The shooting for the ad film took Kajol to her early daysof motherhood.
"It (the shooting for advertisement) reminded me of thedays when I used to change diapers for Nysa and Yug.Motherhood is an amazing feeling and if you get to relivethose special moments while working, it works as an icing onthe cake. Kids have always been close to my heart and workingwith them is a pleasure for me," she said.
