Kangana dished out a desi feast for the crew of her film Queen who were tired of eating pasta and pizza.
Mumbai:
While we've heard that a lot of actors bring home-cooked food on their film sets, Kangana Ranaut went a step ahead and turned chef for a day on the sets of her upcoming film Queen.
Sources say that the crew had been shooting in Paris for a month and were tired of having pasta and pizza on the sets. They were craving for Indian dishes and that's when Kangana decided to don the chef's hat.
An insider says, "Kangana was a sweetheart and volunteered to cook for the entire crew. She took charge, called for all the ingredients and made bhindi masala and dal tadka. It was a feast for the entire unit."
And we hear that even after the crew have returned to Mumbai, they keep dropping by Kangana's house to feast on homemade food.
The film's director Vikas Bahl says, "We were all craving for desi food and Kangana sprung a surprise on us. Her cooking skills give her acting skills good competition. And not just that, Kangana's sister Rangoli's 5-o-clock adrak chai was to die for!"
