Mumbai: Since Kangna Ranaut's on and off screen looks are often the toast of tinsel town, the actress going de-glam in her next film created quite a flutter.
We hear that the filmmakers didn't even require the services of a make-up man or woman on the sets. Director Vikas Bahl was apparently so hell-bent to have Kangs look the way he had envisioned, he refrained from hiring a make-up artiste at all for the project.
A source informs, "Kangna, who is known to portray overtly sexy and glamourous looks, has been transformed completely for this film. Her styling and make-up is minimalistic. Vikas insisted that Kangs, who looks very pretty and vulnerable without make-up, should go natural."
The film essays the actress as a simpleton who decides to go solo on her honeymoon after her marriage falls through.
