Actress Kangana Ranaut, who won everyone’s heart with her film
Queen, says she is all set to direct a romantic comedy based on her life’s experiences.
Kangana, who recently returned from New York after attending a course in script writing, has directed and produced a short film titled
The Touch.
However, the actress has said that she is gearing up to direct her first feature film soon. Kangana has so far penned two scripts one of which is a ‘chick-flick’.
The 26-year-old actor likes films like
Bridget Jones’s Diary,
The Devil Wears Prada and
How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, and wants her directorial debut to be a light romantic comedy. But she says that her first film will not be a remake, instead it will be based on her life’s experience.
Kangana has been in a relationship with actor Aditya Pancholi, which ended on a sour note. She was next involved with actor Adhyayan Suman, with whom she featured in 2009 film
Raaz – The Mystery Continues.
