It's Sunil Grover's birthday today and on Twitter, the comedian received an unexpected wish. Any guesses? Yes, it is Sunil Grover's former co-star Kapil Sharma, who has sent him birthday wishes with 'lots of love.' Sunil Grover turned 40 today. "Wish u a very happy birthday @WhoSunilGrover paji ... may god bless u with all the happiness of this world. Lots of love always," Kapil tweeted. The duo worked together on The Kapil Sharma Show and Comedy Nights With Kapil. However, Sunil Grover broke his association after Kapil Sharma reportedly abused him while flying home from Melbourne with his castmates. He later apologized on Twitter but Sunil Grover refused to return to his show. Sunil Grover played Dr Mashoor Gulati and Rinku Bhabhi on The Kapil Sharma Show.

Meanwhile, Bharti Singh, who joined Kapil Sharma's show recently, also wished Sunil Grover. She Instagrammed a picture of herself with Sunil Grover. "Happy birthday my superstar frnd," Bharti captioned her post. Bharti Singh began shooting for The Kapil Sharma Show in June. Her fiancé Haarsh Limbachiyaa was appointed as the scriptwriter.
Actor Varun Dhawan also sent his wishes and wrote that he hopes to see him perform more. "This man is soo talented can do anything. Happy birthday @WhoSunilGrover. Hope we get to see you perform many more characters," Varun tweeted.
Kapil Sharma's former co-stars Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar also left the show after Sunil Grover's exit. Ali Asgar recently said that Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma's fight fuelled his exit while Chandan Prabhakar re-joined the show few weeks ago.
Last June, Sunil Grover entertained the audiences on a special show filmed for Salman Khan's Tubelight. He will also be reportedly seen on Krushna Abhishek's Drama Company.
Sunil Grover has been a part of films like Ghajini, Heropanti and Gabbar Is Back. He released his song Mere Husband Mujhko Piyar Nahin Karte recently.
