Filmmaker Karan Johar heaped praises on his Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who turned 42 on November 1.
He posted on Twitter:
The film's team is currently in London for the shoot. But for Aishwarya, her day was made special with the presence of her family - husband Abhishek, daughter Aaradhya and mother Vrinda Rai.
According to a source close to the actress, Aishwarya, who always gives priority to her family, has sought special permission from Karan to take a day's break from shooting to be with her loved ones. (Also Read: Aishwarya Wants Karan Johar's Signature Style in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil)
This year, four-year-old Aaradhya has also reportedly made a card for her mother, who made a comeback to films with Jazbaa this year. Soon after her birthday celebrations end, Aishwarya will be back to work.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, written and directed by KJo, also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Fawad Khan and Anushka Sharma.
