Laal Singh Chaddha has the theatres today. Kareena Kapoor, who plays Rupa in the film, has shared a throwback picture from the sets to celebrate the special day. The photograph features Aamir Khan and director Advait Chandan along with some crew members. The trio - Kareena, Aamir, and Advait - are having a light-hearted conversation. Sharing the pic, Kareena said, “Aamir, Advait, Me and Jeh baba…Thank you for the memories…Rupa and Laal Forever. Laal Singh Chaddha today…” Wondering what she meant by Jeh Baba? She wants us to look at her baby bump. Kareena was pregnant with her second child at the time of the shoot. We can see that pregnancy glow on her face. Kareena and her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, welcomed Jeh Ali Khan in February 2021.

Laal Singh Chaddha, directed by Advait Chandan, is an official Indian adaptation of the classic Hollywood film, Forrest Gump. The original film starred Tom Hanks in the lead. Laal Singh Chaddha features Mona Singh in a key role. It also marks Naga Chaitanya's Bollywood debut. Alongside Laal Singh Chaddha, Akshay Kumar's Raksha Bandhan has also made it to the theatres today.
