This is the event Bollywood has been looking forward to, ever since Bebo first started dating the nawab five years ago. Now that the big day is inching closer, the bride-to-be is busy shopping for her wedding trousseau.
We assumed that Bebo would have played it safe and picked a wedding outfit by her favourite designer, Manish Malhotra. But wait, there's a twist in the tale. It looks like tradition is going to be more important than making a fashion statement on Bebo's big day.
According to reports, the granddaughter of the legendary Raj Kapoor, who has lately been in London - shopping, among other things - is going to wear her mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore's wedding sharara instead.
But will Manish Malhotra's loss be Ritu Kumar's gain? Unconfirmed reports also say that the almost 43 year-old sharara will be altered to suit modern sensibilities by Ms Kumar who is Sharmila's favourite fashion designer.
Sharmila Tagore and her daughter, Soha Ali Khan, have already confirmed that the wedding will take place in Pataudi on October 16 this year. The one person who's suddenly become all secretive is the bride-to-be herself.
