The 35-year-old onscreen beauty, who parted ways fromthe hunky model has been spotted with a mystery man and thepair were recently seen having a cosy lunch together at anexclusive restaurant Scott in the capital, the Daily Mailreported.

"Kate enjoyed oysters and a chocolate fondant dessert- she was eating the food of love. She looked very content.They were chatting for hours. She was in fits of giggles atone stage and then later they looked very serious together. Itseemed they were having an in-depth discussion and she claspedhis hands over the table. When Kate finally paid the bill, itwas getting dark," an onlooker said.

However, the pair who have known each other for yearsasked the waiters to make arrangements as they did not wantanyone to see them together.

The twice-married Titanic star split from her modelboyfriend Dowler as she wanted some time alone following thebreakdown of her marriage to director Sam Mendes last year.

"Louis was just the tonic Kate needed after herpainful split from Sam and they had a wonderful time. However,the relationship isn't working and Kate needs space to be onher own," a source close to Winslet, who is mother to two kidssaid of the split.

"She is very grateful to Louis for helping her pickher life back up after her marriage ended and they had a lotof fun together, but she felt it had come to an end and wantsto concentrate on her career and children," he added.
