Hollywood superstar Katie Holmes is in talks to join veteran actor Al Pacino and funnyman Adam Sandler in comedy film Jack and Jill.
The actress, who is married to Tom Cruise, is currently shooting History channel's miniseries The Kennedys, where she stars as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.
Directed by Dennis Dugan, the film is about a family man Jack and his twin sister Jill, who after visiting her brother for Thanksgiving refuses leave. Sandler will play both the characters. Holmes would play Sandler's wife while The Godfather star Pacino is set to play himself, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The movie is being produced by Sandler and Happy Madison partner Jack Giarraputo with Todd Garner, is planning to begin shooting this October.
It will be Holmes first studio movie since 2005's Batman Begins.
